Benjamin Adams
Endodontist
Benjamin Adams, DDS, MSD, is an Endodontist and the founder of Richmond Endodontics, based in Richmond, Indiana. He launched the specialty practice in 2023, focusing on delivering high-quality care through advanced technology and minimally invasive techniques. His work focuses on microscopic endodontics, utilizing modern tools and refined methods to enhance patient outcomes. Known for his precision and professionalism, he holds a five-star rating from his patients and is recognized as a leading provider in the state.
Offering a Premier Patient Experience with State-of-the-art Technology at Richmond Endodontics
Benjamin incorporates cutting-edge dental technology into his daily practice to support accurate diagnostics and treatment. A key part of his clinical approach involves the use of the Zeiss PROergo surgical microscope, which enables enhanced visualization during procedures. He was among the first to introduce GentleWave root canal therapy to Indiana and has completed over 8,000 cases using the technique. This system promotes thorough cleaning with reduced post-treatment discomfort.
To ensure complete disinfection in every case, he uses EdgePro™ Laser Disinfection. For anesthesia, he utilizes advanced systems, including the WAND/STA and X-Tip intraosseous delivery methods. These tools offer greater control, less discomfort, and faster onset than traditional injections. He is certified in GentleWave®, EdgePro™ Laser, and both anesthesia systems. Few practices in Indiana combine these technologies, which makes his approach distinctive in the region.
His Leadership Role at Indianapolis Endodontics
Before opening his practice, Benjamin served for 17 years as Vice President of Indianapolis Endodontics. In this role, he played a key part in guiding the practice’s direction, shaping its reputation, and supporting its clinical team. His leadership helped establish a model of excellence that continues to influence others in the field.

He taught students and residents with a focus on endodontic procedures and modern clinical methods. His role also included contributing to research and publishing work related to advanced technologies and treatment strategies.
